Lindsay Vezina completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City Tennessee and joined the armed forces as an active-duty Army Nurse. After serving 8 years in the Army, she transitioned to civilian life. She has over 14 years of nursing experience covering a variety of areas including medical-surgical, same day surgery, post-anesthesia care, and emergency medicine. While she loved bedside nursing, Lindsay decided it was time to advance her education and become a provider. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Master of Science degree in Nursing and obtained dual certification as both a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Lindsay enjoys treating patients across the lifespan in both the primary and urgent care settings and collaborating with her patients to create a care plan that works with the patient and their lifestyle. When Lindsay is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, and crafting.
